What makes a useful submission?

Start with the decision. Then give me the options, the assumption or number that does not make sense, and what changes if the answer is wrong. General terms are enough.

THE CASE FORM

Keep it general. Keep people out of it.

A few sentences are enough. The screened form asks only for the context needed to understand the decision.

Do not send PHI, diagnoses, claimant details, identifying information, employer or client names, or confidential files.

Submission is for consideration and does not guarantee analysis or a reply.

What happens next

I review each submission for possible analysis in The Readout or From the Lab. If a case is a fit, I may follow up with questions. Nothing is published without permission.
