SUBMIT A CASE
A quote that feels too clean. A plan-design choice with several defensible answers. A member problem the dashboard cannot explain. Those are the decisions worth taking apart.
WHAT TO SEND
Start with the decision. Then give me the options, the assumption or number that does not make sense, and what changes if the answer is wrong. General terms are enough.
The decision on the table
The options being considered
The number or assumption that feels wrong
What changes if the answer is wrong
THE CASE FORM
A few sentences are enough. Use the screened form to describe the decision, the options, and the part that does not make sense.
Do not send PHI, diagnoses, claimant details, identifying information, employer or client identities, or confidential material.
Submission is for consideration. It is not a promise of analysis, publication, or a response. Nothing is published without permission.

I review submissions for possible analysis in The Readout or From the Lab. If the case is a fit, I may follow up with questions.
Publication is never automatic. Your consent choice controls whether an anonymized case may be considered for use.
